This May Caregiver Circle honors the sacred role of a mother in her child’s life from the very beginning. From conception, a mother is the first environment and the first divine gaze her child seeks.

Grounded in the teachings of The Attuned Parent Project, this session invites mothers and caregivers to reflect on the truth that attunement to children begins with attunement to self.

Self-care is not selfish. When a mother knows her needs and tends to her inner world, she becomes more present, grounded, and available to those she loves. This is a space to pause, be affirmed, and be reminded that caring for yourself strengthens your capacity to care for others.
